Tony was elected to the committee in 1998 and President in 2000. He was employed by the Gold Coast City Council for 17 years as a Senior Plumbing Inspector, then as a Development Manager. Leaving Council to establish his own business, Aquatemp, which, specialised in hot water certification, control and design.

Now as Chamber President his focus is vigorously directed on assisting the business sector within the Gold Coast especially the members of his Chamber. He has also supported the Combined Chamber of Commerce in its Whole of the City approach.

Greg Aspeling has had over 25 years of business experience beginning with the opening of his first business in Sydney in 1984. Moving to the Gold Coast in 1995 with wife Jacky and daughters Elle & Katey, Greg established a retail & wholesale business on the Gold Coast before moving on to real estate & business broking. Greg is a Business Broker with Raven’s Business Services Pty Ltd and also the Principal of Local Real Estate.

Outside the business arena Greg has a passion for music… swing & jazz music in particular, which he grew up with. Having performed solo songs in the Gold Coast Arts Centre production “Broadway In Concert” in 2007, he is now sought after for private & corporate functions.
